"These pieces are amazing. They've got such lovely personalities and the attention to detail makes them both instantly lovable and completely unique"

Every ceramic sculpture I produce is hand made to order and reflects the passion I have for the creatures that inhabit our planet. I try to give my animals unique personalities. Meerkats are great subjects. Because these creatures are so full of character, it is easy to make them seem to have human feelings and expressions.

I produce my clay sculptures in my studio in a small village in the beautiful county of West Sussex, England. I use traditional pottery techniques from coiling to slabbing. I use high quality glazes and fire my work in an electric kiln. Some sculptures can take up to six weeks to complete and are individual and unique. Read About Me.

I use earthenware pottery clay for art sculptures that are intended to be displayed inside the home. This sculpting clay can accept vibrant and colourful ceramic glazes. For outdoor or garden sculptures, I use stoneware clay which is extremely resilient to adverse weather conditions, but has a much more limited ability in terms of glaze colours. You can see my methods on my How It's Made page.

In my Gallery, I have shown some of the creatures I have made that are available for sale. I also produce customised or special pieces. Please email me first so that I can let you know if it is possible to make what you want. I can also give you information on prices and delivery.

You can order my sculptures on the Order page.
